Shipping policy

SHIPPING:
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 12-noon EST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. Please note: lures and tackle items are generally built on demand and can take up (7) days to ship. Hard Head Custom Baits is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather and/or natural disasters.

All customers will be notified of shipping information once order has been shipped.  All order will be issued tracking numbers. Note: Upon confirmation of all delivered orders, the responsibility of the order will be the customers responsibility.   

Standard shipping and free promotional shipping is USPS First class or priority depending on weight and size.
